  Great size for families, good schools, prime

  There are projects that are beautiful, this is as good as it gets. The majestic land size it occupies allows full facilities. The gardens within are beautifully manicured and the entrance is impressive. Full facilities and more. Situated the middle of everything, yet still quiet and tugged away. Built for families in mind and located near what Singapore can offer. This was TOPed back in 2011, until today, it still offers a lot to the ones that are willing to pay that extra premium to own it. Maintenance fees are approx 700-1200/mth depending on sizes. Still one of the best projects in Singapore even in 2022.

  Orchard Scotts

  Part of it is a serviced apartment and the other is a standard private condo. Built One Tree Hill rather vast land and close to CTE, PIE and Newton Food Centre

  Leasehold condo in Singapore has high potential of en-bloc in the future and can fetch high rental yields, especially in Orchard land.

  Orchard Scotts

  One of the most luxurious condo in Cairnhill area. Nice furnishing, facilities, few mins walk to MRT, eateries. Perfect in every aspects except its a leasehold..
