Think twice if you want to buy or rent at thi
Just look at the google reviews that posted by various residents. Poor condo management with a management guy who dont know how to at least turn off the main light/water supply at your unit and tell you the only way is to ask SP Group. The condo is so new yet all kinds of problems emerged from the feedback from different residents. Rude security guards quarrel with residents and many delivery men, and they are always absent at work and vehicles stuck outside cant come in. Living at lower level will enjoy all the noise and dust from nearby roads, ECP and neighborhood renovations :) Not near to any eateries either, leaves sank ate the bottom of the pool, extremely small gym. one block small condo -
