  small but winning in other ways

  Novena Suites may be small... even big cars have some problem driving in. and units can feel a bit cramped if you have a lot of stuffs or if you are used to spacious space. but the location is really unparalleled with proximity of MRT, shopping, hospital, tuition, supermarket, church, and so much more. okay for couple or small family. also very lively from the activities at the neighbour tennis court and can hear the rattling of the shopping mall loading bay even at night. haha

  Novena Suites - 100 steps from mrt

  such convenience. Novena Suites is literally 100 steps from its namesake Novena mrt and the malls around it. really a lifesaver in the hot sun and in the pouring rain. and making any commute better.

  The management team is very on the ball. If you have any issue, just let them know and they will have it settled in no time

  Narrow carpark

  The carpark is so narrow and you have to drive v slowly and carefully if you have a bigger car
