nice & serene
Novena lodge near to Orchard Road- 3 mrt stations away and about 25 mins bus ride to orchard road. Churches are nearby.Shopping mall and restaurants are within a walking distance. -

Very convenient
Hi all, I like this place so much and just want to share information on this place with all. I just found a nice unit for rental and moved in last month.I work in Raffles Place and I don't own a car. Novena Lodge is so near the mrt and just 2 mrt stop from Orchard. A property with similar location would cost much much more. What is best for me is I can also choose to take a bus if I don't want to take the mrt. There are actually 4 buses (57,131,162,167) that I can take to Raffles Place and back to NL. The bus journey just takes around 15 minutes in the morning rush hour.The reason I am sharing is because I have been looking for a rental unit for a long time and cannot find a good one. And there are not many reviews online that can help me with the search. So I decide to write a review once I have settled on a good unit, like this one I have at Novena Lodge! -

A Gem in Novena
Almost sign a deal to buy a unit in this development because of its splendid location but suddenly the prices increases.I really like this place. The good location has been mentioned before so I won't repeat here. I viewed 2 units, both 3 bed rooms, and surprised that they are very well maintained, meaning the quality of the initial furnishings by the developer is good. The space is also quite generous with no wierd and awkward corners.I notice most of the units are being rented out and the community there is quite cosmopolitan and is like a mini United Nations. The environment is also very quiet with little traffic noise. If the price comes down a little bit, I am more than willing to buy a unit so I do not miss the boat again. So agents, please contact me. -

Star Location
The high plus for this project is its Location. 1 bus stop from Novena MRT or 5 minutes by foot. Suitable for families with no car because very near MRT and if taking bus to Orchard Road, it takes less than 10 minutes including waiting time. There are about 12 buses that stops in front of this project (lucky thing that the bus stop is not too close to be noisy nor dusty).The neighbours are mainly landed properties. The envronment is very serene and quiet, much unlike the other side of Novena where there are too many projects. The less than ideal point is its swimming pool is not Olympic-size. -

The potential is there...
A nice location within walking distance to Velocity, Square 2, United Square and the MRT. Units are squarish in shape so it maximises the small size of each unit. A low rise development surrounded by tall skyscrapers in the vicinity. Can definitely see the potential of this place going for a collective sale. -
