  faster grab a unit at Novena Gardens if you s

  location so good, despite construction of NSC, easy walk to Novena malls, f&b and tuition centres below, after NSC is done, will become awesome again. bus stop at your doorstep, MRT so near too.

  Novena Gardens carpark

  all great, only thing is the open-air carpark not so good in bad weather. doesn't matter for public transport is so much more convenient for residents here
