  Poorly Maintained

  The estate is a kampung with noisy chickens and dogs all over the place. Birds lived under the roofs of the units and the estate is rats-infested. Neighbours drive noisy vehicles and park at each other's private lots. My neighbour keeps smoking in common area and carpark. Animal droppings all over the place. The swimming water frequently turns green. Estate walls are mouldy and cracked. Smelly common toilets. Management Agent don't even visit the estate for weeks to monitor if contractors are doing their job. Maintenance fees spiked several times in recent decade and likely again.

  Reminds me of a farming village

  Noisy free-roaming chickens all over the estate. Animal poos and cigarette butts all over. The walkways flood whenever there's heavier rain. Delivery men and gardeners serving nearby area enters the project to use its pools' washrooms and shower facilities. Jealous neighbours are aplenty and unfair parking lots allocation - MCST committee members enjoy sheltered lots.

  Estate ambience

  One of the best and most spacious cluster bungalows in Singapore. Quiet environment and great neighbourhood. If u like birds chirping, this will be a great place for you.

  Northshore bungalows

  One of the more spacious cluster bungalows in Singapore. There are only 20 units sitting on a plot of approx. 130 000 sq ft of land. LRT is just minutes away, but not in operation yet.
