mega mega amazonian
NOrmanton Park is a mega dev, with 1862 units and generous features like two tennis courts, basketball court, BBQ and even what we called the Amazon River (it's a large pool) -

near one-north
if want go one-north or holland v, normanton park is quite near. also close to AYE for those who drive, but units facing there got the traffic noise. location slightly ulu but got bus nearby -

Impressive project at District 5
Impressive land area used for multiple facilities with a 150m pool. Good location at RCR District 5. Great for people who likes Greater One North, NUS, Clementi and Harbourfront.. -

Beautiful design with facilities
Normanton Park has beautiful design with extensive facilities, Near to lots of greeneries like Kent Ridge Park , Hort Park and Labrador Park. Lots of spacious around the outdoor area and has peaceful atmosphere. Though a few bus stops to nearest Kent Ridge MRT, can take direct short bus trip to ARC, Harbourfront and Chinatown -

A Rare & Beautiful Resort-like Condo
Normanton Park is unique condo in Singapore. It boasts of the most beautiful swimming pools winding around the entire massive condo grounds like the Amazon River. The landscape is also stunning. This combination of blue and green creates an unmatched oasis to chill & stay healthy in our hectic city living The moment you step in, you feel you are in a top notch resort. There are plenty of spaces for residents to unwind, watch the stars, read a book, BBQ and entertain guests, who will marvel at the splendour of Normanton Park. The full condo facilities with 2 tennis courts, basketball court are a rarity. The units are efficiently designed. No wastage of space. Nice interiors. My family has lived in many places around the world. This is a top notch condo which is hard to find -

Don’t be fooled by the pools
Avoid getting units next to the garbage chute, the design of the chute is plain stupid, causing a racket whenever you use it. The tenant profile in the units are largely students. The larger units are subdivided into rooms, and they can be noisy like chucking their rubbish at 1am or constantly banging their doors in the middle of the night. The project is a year old but the wear and tear is shocking. The lifts constantly break down and if you are on a higher level be prepared to wait for your turn especially in peak hours. In summary, there are more negatives than positives for both tenants and owners living in Notmanton! -

Serene, calm & resort style
Great place to stay for families. Wonderful community. In house eateries and grocery shop. Medical centre is very good. -

Poor experience of a new condo
Location is only making sense for those work/study in NUS/Science Park, very far from nearest MRT and amenities. Within a year of occupation, build quality issues are already seen within the unit (bedroom door) -

Hidden Secret of Condo Living in the City
Living here enables one to lives near the city and yet feels like living in an exclusive peaceful high class luxurious and peaceful 'kampung' on a hilltop. It has many unheard of facilities of a condominium (eg. Tennis court, Basketball court, a nearby lake, rustic feel of a mountain living, a nearby lake, a huge almost exclusive hilltop park, fantastic City/Seaview from a hilltop, ability to see how the majectic yachts sails into berth, an in-house cafeteria/convenience stall, ..., including a huge football field !!).
