$800k for a glimpse of luxury
get a glimpse of luxury living at NoMa along Lor 28 Geylang, where units are around $800k or $700k+ for 1BR. value buy given the price being stable since launch prices in 2020 despite all the property pricing shifts we've seen. -

boutique dev on the higher price pt
NoMa is a freehold boutique development by the established Macly Group. though it is priced on the higher side for what it offers in terms of spaciousness and facilities. location at Guillemard road is good although busy and might be noisy, nice atas feels within the compound if you can splash out the cash -

NoMa - innovative concept
NoMa's name is inspired by the word ‘nomad’, a project where the three, 6-storey blocks, are each served by their own entrances and lift cores, which can be accessed by residents using customised NoMa keycards. there is also a unique two-storey residence that sits between the blocks (not part of the condominium but just it being there ensures every single unit faces away from other units). quite genius tbh. all residents can access the rooftops, which serve as a chill out social area and houses the condo’s facilities including the infinity pool, yoga corner, BBQ pit, and callisthenics gym. there's also a commissioned 12m-tall mural by a local artist on the property. -
