  Excellent location & connectivity

  Newton 18 has excellent connectivity with a bus stop located in front and is in close walking proximity to Newton MRT. The condominium offers a full range of facilities such as a tennis court, swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, BBQ facilities and more. The development is of high quality and has been well managed and maintained

  Great place to live

  Excellent location with a bus stop directly in front, one stop from Newton MRT and three stops to Orchard. United Square is 5 mins walk, where you can do your grocery shopping. The facilities (pool, gym, tennis court etc) and common areas have recently been refurbished and are in excellent condition. Management does a good job maintaining the estate and keeping it clean. The development is solid and well built, which has withstood the test of time. Good sized units and regular layout, which allows you to maximize the space. Good mix of demographics, with most residents being owner occupier, families and working professionals.

  Amazing location and full facilities

  With a bus stop in front of the condo, 2 lines connecting Newton MRT, all major expressways nearby, Newton 18 is in a fantastic location. It is also closed to several amenities such as Newton Food Centre, United Square, Velocity and Novena Square. Some famous schools are within 1km radius of Newton 18 making it very attractive to young parents. Despite the age of the condo, the full facilities are well maintained and constantly enhanced thanks to the good work of the Management Office.

  Excellent location

  Great location. Walking distance to Newton mrt and bus stop right in front of condo. Accessible to major expressways and town. Good quality interior despite more than 10-year old. Near to famous schools.
