  prestigious address on Nassim

  Nassim Park Residences. located at Nassim Road, a prestigious address near prime area of the famous Orchard Road shopping belt. that's not to say it's all name. I find it extremely convenient as this area is also close to other renowned attractions like Unesco site Botanic Gardens and Holland Village, and top-notch facilities like Gleneagles Medical Centre, CBD and top schools a short drive away.

  so peaceful

  in the UHNW alcove, Nassim Park Residences is tranquil and peaceful. everyone minds their own business here (and you can be sure their business is worth millions). no need to unneccesarily run into people as there are only 100 total units here and we have private lifts with a one unit per floor feel for great privacy.

  B&W style architecture

  Nassim Park Residences offers a dose of classy nostalgia with its black-and-white style architecture, a nod to Singapore's colonial past. love this look without actually renting from URA the actual ones. these come with really nice amenities like a clubhouse, gym, library, lap pool, and steam bath while those actual heritage houses are usually standalone.

  Nassim park resiences

  The high end market is very tough now, have already spend a lot of prime credit but still no result, hope can get some extra benefit to close the case asap. Thks
