convenient location
I find this location very ideal, near to bus and train stations, food places, park connectors. Yet quiet and well managed estate. Highly recommended for families -

Quiet and Good Location
Small development near the expressways and MRT stations. Exclusive and quiet given that its not near the main roads. Good size units, and bedrooms are huge. -

Moonstone View
A small and quiet development in the St Michaels estate. The location is good, being walking distance to the nearest MRT station (Potong Pasir), and well connected through the expressways (CTE and PIE). At the same time, the area is not noisy as it is not near the main road or the expressways. Some very popular foodstalls in the vicinity as well. The development is very well maintained with condo facilities, and re-painted recently. The blocks within the development are not high (only 7 storeys), so living there should be quiet and exclusive. Living room, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious, especially when you compare against new developments. No wasted balcony or baywindow space is a big plus. -
