Beware of unscrupulous owners
Be extra careful not to pay any deposit or rental without having a physical LOI or TA on hand. There are unscrupulous owners who seem nice but change their tone (and the terms) later on after they have your money. -

Ground floor units come with very generous PE
Ground floor units come with very generous PES and cemented, easy for outdoor living. the communal pool, however, is a bit small. -

Nature living & away from city life
I've bought a unit at Montrosa. What attracts me is the ability to enjoy nature living and being "away" from city life but yet near to the city. Condo is almost at the peak of the elevated land and is surrounded by greenery hence the view is fantastic. I like the feeling of waking up everyday and seeing the amzaing view thru' my window. Amenities are nearby (7-eleven & even an authentic roadside coffee joint!) with shuttle bus service to Bukit Batok MRT. In terms of pricing, it's very afforable for a 999-year lease project. I'll strongly recommend this project to anyone who wants to enjoy nature living and yet does not want to be too far from the city. -

Simple & Nice
I was looking around for a place to rent around HIllview Avenue and came across this development. Very simple and quiet! Saw a unit facing the landed property at the back, unblock, nice view. Price is very reasonable. Basic facilities. Though I must say I still prefer the condos just across the road for their layout and space. Montrosa is still in my shortlist. -
