Very smallish 18 units 5 storey development in the heart of mostly landed development. The developer spread the 18 units into at least 5 layouts from 2,3,4 to 5 bed rooms. The 5 bed room is at 1507sf. -

Best for both rental and self stay
This condo is a 999 year leasehold property nestled in the quiet suburb of Serangoon. There are ample parking lots for the residents, and there is an air of community spiritedness where families just hang out and chill in the common areas. There is also a good mix of owner-occupiers and international tenants. It is a 13 minute walk to Kovan mrt and Heartland mall, and a 5 minute drive to Nex shopping mall and Chomp Chomp, and both the Australian International School and French school. Parents with kids studying in Rosyth will also find it relatively accessible, just 8 mins away by car. The fittings and furnishings are top notch and classy, and the lap pool is well designed for both avid swimmers and family fun. The orientation of the building also allows the southwestern wind to blow through the units and the lobby, easily dissipating the heat of our local climate. In all, a good investment either for self stay or for rental! -
