  Beautiful, Breezy Condo

  Mimosa Park is an older condo with functional layouts and lots of room for kids to play outside and run around. It is breezy most days. The pool is gorgeous and the ping pong table is a family favourite. There are lots of birds and the condo sits in the middle of a quiet, prestigious neighbourhood. This condo is popular with expat families looking for rentals close to the Singapore American School. Mimosa Park was one of the first condos built in Singapore In the 1970s. Great character!

  Quiet environment

  Resort living old condo but well maint, mostly unit 1755sqft and 4 bedrooms, very windy most of the day, There are some units very well renovated......Pay a bit more for Rental.........Original condition rental is cheap.....choose the right unit.......
