  Unique development in hillview

  One of few condos in hillview that maintain very well. Family friendly and units are huge with regular layout.however units are rarely available as owners staying there can hold and reluctant to sell

  For a condo that has only 87 units, the condo

  For a condo that has only 87 units, the condo gym is very comprehensive and well equipped. Most units enjoy unlocked views of natural greeneries.

  Cosy and Clean

  Such a nice cosy development with ample facilities. Not one of the modern mega condos but a family development which is very convenient and well looked after.

  Meralodge

  A good buy for folks looking for a freehold home under S$700psf. The Condo has FULL Facilities including a Tennis Court. Maintenance is reasonable at $380pm. Units are all large and squarish layout, no space wastage. They dont build condo like this anymore. With the Hillview MRT in 2015, you are just 8 MRT stops from Orchard Road. Maybe event en bloc potential in 5 years time. People are paying S$900sf for 99 years project at Chestnut which is far away form amenaties. There are good buys along Hillview Ave, home buyers and investors are beginning to discover this.
