Best upkeep condo

I have been to the whole stretch of condo along hillview. I am impressed with the maintenance of this 20plus yrs condo. It is so well taken care - lift, carpark area and it's clubhouse etc. Compare to those new development nearby 7 to 10 yrs projects. Trust me , you hv to take a look to believe n it is quiet n peaceful project since is only 87 units

Best maintain condo

I have visited many Condominium and myself has a unit nearby. So far meralodge maintenance is impressive. I even took pictures of its corridor and carpark. It is such better than the nearby 7 to 10yrs project! Trust me or u can see for yourself

Unique development in hillview

One of few condos in hillview that maintain very well. Family friendly and units are huge with regular layout.however units are rarely available as owners staying there can hold and reluctant to sell
