Super location for both drivers and non drive
A quiet place with birds singing in the morning but there are eateries, restaurants, a childcare centre, supermarkets, bus stop, taxi stand, mrt...all are within walking distance! Just fantastic! -

peaceful, friendly neighbourhood
very convenient as there are ample transport links. walking distance to novena mrt, bus stop is literally at your doorstep (100m away)the best thing is daily essentials like food and grocery shopping is VERY convenient. Tons of eateries, hypermart, food courts and a supermarket in the Shaw Plaza just directly across the road. As well as the usual restaurants and cinema.facilities wise, they are pretty well maintained, pool is considered very big compared to most other condos I have seen.Monthly maintenance is also easily one of the lowest around the areaLobby is air conditioned, which is always nice. -
