  Worth for money

  1) Center and easy access 2) Worth for money if you are renting here. 3) Very good pool and gym. Far better then many small properties. 4) Nearby river and park connector to walk around.

  Bad Location

  1. Need to walk additional 10 minutes to main road as compared to Topaz or Opal. 2. Walk through dark quiet lane..security. 3. Facing highway. Noise. Noise. Noise! How much is your hearing worth? After some time, most residents 'do not hear the noise anymore'!!! 4. The narrow gap above the pool will only amplify the noise from the traffic. 5. Low ground, probably ponding/pooling during heavy showers. 6. Most units have blocked view. Seeing is believing. View to find out.
