  Management decisions

  I rented a 3-storey corner terrace house at Luxus Hills in Seletar last year. All the top management in our company get the opportunity to rent a property of their choice. While most of them go for penthouses in high-rise towers, I love staying rooted to the ground. Besides the space and amenities in the house, it’s also very luxurious. The house has five en-suite bedrooms and a private lift too. We regularly have barbecues on the terrace.

  A rare gem

  Such projects are rare in Singapore. Most construction projects in Singapore are high-rise, so Luxus Hills was a breath of fresh air. I’ve been living here with my wife and kids for several years now. We have made some happy memories here. Now that the children are on their own two feet, we have plenty of time for ourselves. We have regular date nights at some of the great restaurants in the vicinity. I particularly recommend the Italian restaurant called Pietro.

  My own pool!!!

  Luxus Hills has finally become my home. The developer launched the project over many phases, but those years weren't the right time for me. But 2016 was perfect! We struck a few good deals on the work front and I was in a position to comfortably buy my dream home here for about $5 million. I’ve got my own private pool, classy and cosy interiors, as well as a car parking space.
