  A view from a professional engineer

  I live in Loyang Gardens renting. Don't touch it except ground floor units and pool flats. Few are occupied by owners. Most sublet-ted to foreign workers. Not suitable for family. Upper flats, Impossible to aircon. Sadly, my secretive landlord doesn't read agreements. SUPER LOCATION....

  great location, walkup

  i see jalan loyang besar as 3 sections. 1) Nearest to DowntownEast 2) Before Traffic light 3) Deep in after Traffic Light Of course, anyone will want to live nearest to "civilisation" at DTE so it only left with the older ones like Watercrest, Coastal breeze, Le Loyang, CeladonView and Loyang Gardens. Facade-wise, LG surely has caught many attention. I viewed a unit there before, fantastic spacious layout. too bad its walkup. but those living in 3rd floor dun seem to be selling so maybe used to it haha. CeladonView and LeLoyang are just weird. from outside looks ok, walking in start to feel like hospital. Watercrest looks good too but i rather nearer DTE if price is same. Coastal Breeze is just too small and only 99 years so forget it. Would really love to get LG unit when EC MOP up haha...

  Clean, great location

  This Condo is at a great location. I visited unit on 3th floor and this was also immediately the only disadvantage as there is no lift. I am waiting for the right unit (move in condition as unit I visited needed to much renovation)

  Quite old

  Went to view a 3 room unit 2 weeks before. It's quite old. Resident burning ghost money in front of door like HDB residents.
