This place has its pros and cons. Cons: Some apartments are strangely shaped and you should do yr studies on what you are getting. Yes, they are small but with the proper design, it can be cosy. I like the apartments facing the main road as I enjoy the bustling of the street below. Pros: Nothing beats the amenities around, such as Great World City, the upcoming MRT, NTUC and various eateries nearby. Not to mention its proximity to Orchard (15 min walk to ION, yes I walked). There is also a park connector nearby where you can run to Marina Bay Sands (yes I ran!). All in all, I like this place as its central and allows me to get to where i want quickly. The people here (mostly expats) are friendly too!

Bigger than I thought!
Singapore will no longer be a stranger to the 'shoe box' living that countries like Hong Kong and Tokyo are experiencing. Fortunately enough, the space in this compound is big enough to have different areas (dining, living), while small enough for city living. The layouts are well-thought of, so you won't find any nonsensical or useless crevices a lot of other developments are doing. This is SUPER important, so you can utilise as much space possible. Room sizes are decent and not ridiculously tiny.Love that there are plenty or eateries within walking distance - Spize, chicken rice, cafes. And the grocery store is just across the road. Buses to CBD? Check. Buses to town? Check. Buses to Vivo City? Check. Perfect for those who do not drive, especially expats who do not want to be burdened with COE. Downside(s): Gym is rather sad with only three machines and no weights. I suppose you can make room for that at home! Pool is decently-sized, however I foresee no tanning possible. Solution for that would be your open roof terrace. Traffic - right above the main road that links River Valley and Tiong Bahru... Hopefully the windows are sound-proof.No function room... Because singles/couples without children are less likely to need those sorta thing!

Shops galore
The large number of commercial units should hopefully provide more options for restaurants/convenience. With proximity to the CBD and Orchard Road, finding tenants for the residential units should also not be a problem. However, with a large number of small unit type developments along this stretch of the River Valley Road, competition for tenants might be tough when all are completed.
