Bigger than I thought!
Singapore will no longer be a stranger to the 'shoe box' living that countries like Hong Kong and Tokyo are experiencing. Fortunately enough, the space in this compound is big enough to have different areas (dining, living), while small enough for city living.
The layouts are well-thought of, so you won't find any nonsensical or useless crevices a lot of other developments are doing. This is SUPER important, so you can utilise as much space possible. Room sizes are decent and not ridiculously tiny.
Love that there are plenty or eateries within walking distance - Spize, chicken rice, cafes. And the grocery store is just across the road.
Buses to CBD? Check. Buses to town? Check. Buses to Vivo City? Check. Perfect for those who do not drive, especially expats who do not want to be burdened with COE.
Gym is rather sad with only three machines and no weights. I suppose you can make room for that at home! Pool is decently-sized, however I foresee no tanning possible. Solution for that would be your open roof terrace.
Traffic - right above the main road that links River Valley and Tiong Bahru... Hopefully the windows are sound-proof.
No function room... Because singles/couples without children are less likely to need those sorta thing!
