  Step away from the busy town centre to LIV on Sophia, a home in the greenery. feels so private yet also extremely convenient as the MRT is just 10 mins walk, and there is a bus stop at your door step.

  LIV on Sophia was completed in 2016, so it's fairly new, barely a decade old. a cosy apartment in the Mount Sophia area behind Dhoby Ghuat. It is a low density project surrounded by lush greenery. around there are many amenities like shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets and schools.

  LIV on Sophia - compact dev

  everything you would expect of a compact development in land scarce SG. that's alright because LIV on Sophia is located in a prime area. the swimming pool is cute so just go during off peak times, and the gym, to save space is in the basement -- quite smart of them!

  Dirty tiny pool, dilapidated gym, gangster-like security guards.
