  pricing is good

  with mostly 3 bedroom units, with PSF not over $2k, in such a good location, Lion Towers is well priced just that it's old. but so close to Novena Square and United Square for all the enrichment centres and supermarkets / shopping / medical

  lively location

  SJI Junior is just at the doorstep, great to send your kid here and stay at Lion Towers. ageing facade but interiors are spacious for families and everything else within easy reach even if you don't have a car. (which is what matters in Singapore)

  enbloc potential

  built in 1974, it's about high time that Lion Towers gets en bloc, and us homeowners are waiting for it to happen. the location is good, with SJI Junior right out front, central and many amenities around including bus and train.
