Superb location right next to a mall and many

Iconic condo with Sky gym in a superb location with cheap and expensive restaurants galore and many shops serving all your needs and transport links (MRT/buses) with a taxi stand and a post box

Bay windows galore

This development has some of the most prominent bay windows I’ve seen. Which leaves very little actual floor space. West facing units are also very blocked by other buildings
