Surrounding : it is quiet at night. Super airy because it is a single block with each unit get enough front, back windows. Balcony view is quite open with a lot of tree in front. Also, it gets high ceiling which is around 3.1 meter. No west sun because it is blocked by other buildings. So basically not that hot during the day and relatively cool at night.
Transportation - mainly walk to Somerset MRT if work in CBD. Or take buses 75, 970. MRT exit downstairs probably need another 3-4 years.
Amenities - Mainly great world city with food court, restaurant and super market. Small restaurant along river valley road. Of course, plenty of choices along Orchard Road.
Facilities - Swimming Pool, tennis court plus small gym room. Overall, well maintained.

Well-maintained small development
Have visited this development several times for lease viewings, and I must say that the layout for stack 01 is very good, it definitely feels more spacious than the 1410 sft indicated on paper. Balconies are small but adequate, you still feel a sense of breezy spaciousness from level 10-27. The facilities are limited, but serve the small resident base well... I have yet to see more than a handful of residents utilising the facilities at any one time. Always serene and peaceful. Just 300 metres to Orchard Rd, and you can actually spot OFS from the kitchen window of stack 01! Popular with both Western and Japanese Expats. There was an issue with noisy construction a few months back, but that has thankfully ceased. Although the development is already 7 years old, you don't feel it as the owners are willing to pay for maintenance. Just this February each sub-proprietor chipped in about $7K towards the freshening up of the condo facade and facilities.
