  convenience a big factor!

  been staying at Lentor Modern I must say that the convenience is honestly the biggest reason we chose this place! MRT is just downstair! even rainy days no issue at all. ok la the mall is small but has almost everything we need... supermarket, bubble tea, fast food, normal food, even have TCM and gym. can is can. quite good already leh. considered area is still developing so not so happening yet, but enjoying this quieter atmosphere before all the other dev sprout up.

  tennis court sibei zai

  have been making full use of the facilities since we moved into Lentor Modern. our fave is the tennis court . one of the nicest new ones I've played on. Surface has good grip and enough space behind the baseline, so rallies feel comfortable. During daytime it's really enjoyable. but should improve on the lighting at night. After around 8pm the glare can be quite distracting and makes judging high balls abit difficult. aiyah tennis players will know. on to other facilities, love the pool and the cafes and restaurants just downstair. Everything is within walking distance because of the integrated mall. Great condo for active people like me who don't want to spend time travelling around.

  a practical choice

  Bought a unit at Lentor Modern at launch and been happy with how things turned out. genuinely enjoy staying here. feels very practical with everything within reach.. Supermarket, childcare, food, gym, MRT... really got almost everything. My unit itself is overlooking greenery so it's peaceful despite being above a shopping mall. anyway the shopping mall itself is quite quiet one. right now the Lentor neighbourhood is still growing and there are many new projects coming up, so the area should become more lively over the next few years. Hopefully more cafes and shops open nearby in future to make the area even better.

  Relatively close to town

  The condo is well connected by train. You can switch to the different train lines and and can reach Orchard in just a few stops

  Convenient location

  Super convenient that the condo is right above a shopping mall and with direct access to Lentor MRT. Very good because you don't have to walk so much to get home from the MRT after a long day of work

  Near nature

  Lentor Modern is located in between two reservoirs. Good for those who loves living and exercising in nature. You can also cycle easily from one green space to another
