best Lentor showflat
TOP 2027: Lentor Hills Residences showflat is by far one of the best I've seen for these land parcels in the Lentor area. it was indeed amazing, and the location is great and convenient too. the price of $1,329,000 to $2,795,000 is well worth for the area and the quality of the showflat, and the fittings in this location. -

prata lovers unite...
i can imagine future Lentor Hills Residences neighbours asking in the development group chat for prata date. don't laugh! the prata nearby is indeed very good one of my favesssss. i rly am considering spending $2M to be close to best prata in Singapore. the condo itself looks wonderful too with nice facilities. akan datang 2027 - area is also lush and green with well done landscaping from the visuals. soooo near to MRT, shopping mall and school. come for the prata, stay for the home! -

Lentor Hills Residences - investment property
when I saw Lentor Hills Residences launch, i can tell it will be a good investment property. just visiting the showflat itself, it promises some stunning finishes, sophisticated designs and quality. this should translate into the actual property – with big names making up the developer joint venture: Guocoland, Hong Leong Holidngs Limited, and TID Pte Ltd. this has already set an expectation with the type of work they can deliver. add to this the condo's 2min proximity to the MRT and other amenities like popular schs, malls, etc. and the competitive pricing of low $2k PSF, definitely has potential to appreciate in the future with stable rental yield. -
