Estate upgrading
Our estate is very old now and residents should support more upgrading works such as painting, roof-waterproofing, wall repairs and landscaping. -

Outdoor Living in Landridge condo
Good place with tropical green feel close to the city center. Great 25 meter pool for workout. Relatively low rental for what you get. -

Review on Landridge Condominium by Dr James Q
Rare freehold and elite private residential condo with a tropical resort ambience. Spacious Retangular layout with rare 2m high ceilings! Undervalued property owing to only 72 units (due to lne ow rate of selling) as compared to the latest new developments. Serene and safe environment for the elite families. -

Review on Landridge Condominium
I read a few reviews and took a visit to find out more about this 72 units private residential estate. Honestly, is a 20 year old property and the maintenance fee is at 450-550 pm which to some may consider relatively high cost as there's only 72 units . However, when you actually view the property, I am quite please to that it is (1) a Rare freehold and undervalued property in this elite neighbourhood. (2) A tropical resort feel, and a cozy swimming pool with a beautiful landscape (3) with only 72 households predominantly foreign residents makes this an elite and "posh" residence. Residents are also friendly and gives a cosmopolitan feel - . (4) Simple rectangular design and rare high ceilings! Excellent choice for home dwellers as long term investment especially is freehold! -

Hidden gem
Awesome place with good size units. Close to MRT and the CBD area, Landridge is much better maintained compared to similar properties nearby (ex the Banyan next door). Great layouts with no odd shapes and no facing problems. Its old and not sparkling but thats why its cheap -

Management Problems
CONS 1. Floor square is either 1750 sq ft or 1950 sq ft. Though many claimed it to be larger. Pros 1. Big Pool 2. Good Gym -

Ticks the boxes
I read the previous review and was puzzled, so thought I would write a review too. PROs -about 20 yrs old so very large and spacious -small number of units, friendly condo -good floor plan with large, square shaped rooms -All units 3 bedroom with an extra room that can be family/playroom /study/bedroom etc (unless they have been renovated differently) -ground floor units have small garden terrace popular with expats -lots of palm trees, feels green, and good sized deep pool with BBQ pits next to it, sheltered pavilion area. Function room underneath. Kids playground and gym. -many units very breezy, views of Kent Ridge -LOCATION - 12 mins drive in good traffic to financial district, 30 mins door to door by bus to get to work in financial district, 600m walk to Pasir Panjang and Haw Par Villa MRT on Circle Line, -very close to Kent Ridge park, is about 1.5km to West Coast Park and Labrador Park -close to many international schools in Dover/Holland area, very close to National University Hospital, NUS campus and Science Parks -nearest supermarkets: Fairprice at Alexandra Retail Centre, (5 bus stops), West Coast Plaza and Vivocity are about 6 mins drive. Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre 700m. -general store and bars/ local hawker restaurant 300m away, Pasir Panjang Food centre, Thai restaurant, burger shop and pizza shop 600m walk. -shopping mall with 175 shops due to open in another year or two, 300 m walk. CONs Units at the front of development near Pasir Panjang Road are noisy due to traffic, units nearer to pool and at back are fine Does not have tennis court Some units in need of renovation -

Landrdige review
Bad traffic along p.panjang road at evenings, heavy trucking near PSA terminal. Limited facilities, no tennis/squash court. No nearby amenities, nearest is vivocity. high management fee due to few units. Interior is tricky to design due to step level bet. living and dinning. But look nice from outside.psf too high for its age and limitations. -
