  The location is great, the space is great too with good layouts. Downside is that the development is old, thus the drainage system always chokes. Had to hire plumber once every few months which is hefty of a house management cost. Carpark is narrow too & obvious structural wear & tears observed on walls, pipes & ceiling.

  Understated condo in Thomson

  This is such a gem n understated condo in Thomson excellent location n amenities but condo is a abit old high en bloc potential the future development future upper Thomson road already 1700 Psf this is a great buy for sure

  Great Family Living Location

  Great view if you stay high enough and all units faces North South. It can get really windy at certain times of the year. Big space and really a tuckaway project on its own. Great for peace and nature lover. Near town too but project is not that new already.

  Magnificient view that blew me away

  Lakeview estate is really near to my working place but more importantly its magnificient view of the mac richite reservior. The peace and quiet is something i look forward to going home every day though i do wish they have a fresh coat of paint outside but last AGM im glad to know they going to repaint the estate soon with new upgrade of lift too yippee
