  Laguna 88 Resident Experience

  Having lived at Laguna 88, I find it one of Eastwood's most peaceful developments. With only two units per floor, it delivers genuine low-density living—spacious, private, and never crowded. Units are noticeably larger than newer condos, with generous interiors and natural light creating a relaxed, resort-like atmosphere. Claims about "cramped lift lobbies" defy basic logic. Two units per floor means congestion is rare. The facing entrances are standard in many developments and pose no real issue. Eastwood is pet-friendly, with responsible owners forming the majority. Occasional barking happens in any pet community, but isolated incidents don't define daily life. Management fees are competitive for low-density living—costs naturally spread across fewer units.   high ceiling large window

  units at Laguna 88 have high ceiling and large window. bright and spacious, some have attic.

  many fellow pets owners live at Laguna 88, nice to build a community together of our little fur friends. is good location too, for walks by the riverside in this private sanctuary in the east of Singapore. only four storeys tall.

  Scruffy

  Positives - next to the park connector and river, entrance to condo in a cul-de-sac so low traffic volume. Negatives - although only two units per floor the front doors face each other and are too close for comfort. Too many noisy dogs and inconsiderate owners.
