  Very Good location

  We've been staying here for 4 years and it's been a great experience! The unit is nice and fresh, and the Blue Pool view is a lovely bonus. Our kids love the big kids' pool and it's always a hit with them. The community is pretty friendly and it's a good spot for families. The location is super convenient with the MRT just outside, and being in a residential area makes it feel pretty chill. We're only moving out because we're leaving Singapore, otherwise we'd probably stay here longer. All in all, it's a solid place to live - would recommend!

  The home . Nice , quiet. environment , privacy. The furnishings are classic. Love it.

  La Fiesta

  La Fiesta is a perfectly located condo close to hospitals, schools, shopping malls, kopitiam and the MRT and Bus interchange. The condo itself is well maintained and peaceful with large swimming pools and beautiful landscaping.

  Superb Location and less than an hour to town

  Extremely conveniently located surrounded by ample amenities and fully sheltered to MRT station and mall. Easy connectivity to major expressway of CTE/TPE/KPE. Renowned Nan Chiau Primary & High School within 1 km Beautiful landscaping and pond with many koi fishes. Most units are north south facing with breezy windflow. Enclosed kitchen and toilets come with windows for proper ventilation. Developer has made up for the initial flaws with repair and improvement works performed to the development.

  Conveniently located relative to other condos in Seng Kang. It was initially plagued by a host of defects which is believed to have been largely resolved now

  Good Location

  Great condo for young families with many primary schools in the vicinity. Great convenience with sheltered walkway to the MRT/LRT and Compass One. Many other amenities nearby (e.g. future hospital, kopitiam square, CC, NPS) Big development with big swimming pool and kids pool.

  Super convenient

  Location is superb. Rain or shine, we can walk to the mall and MRT/LRT without carrying a umbrella. Facilities are good. Pool is huge compared to neighbour condo. Gym facilities are adequate. Landscaping and gardening is good. Finishings may not be the best but with some minor renovation, all is good and we are very happy with our place. Developer has accepted some suggestions to further improve the development. The convenience La Fiesta brings is second to none.

  Extremely convenient

  Rented La Fiesta and my family and I found it extremely convenient and the ammenities nearby are simply complete and great. The rooms are squarish and easy to place furniture. My children loves the big children pool and the big compound. Living here is simply great. Really good value for money.
