  Comparatively very affordable, a 2 bed room 872-980sf transacted about only $700-$900psf. decent facilities but its a 16 minute walk to Admiralty MRT station.

  Just TOP, Nice Environment

  Quite a good development and price is cheap. There are a few new ECs building there and heard that opposite HDB development will have a 3-storeys commercial building - coffee shop, child care centre, supermarket, and shops. Near to future Thomson Line Woodlands South Station.

  The key feature of this development is the pool. There's a 50 metres lap pool, one leisure pool, two jacuzzi pools and three wadding pools. There's also a gym in the middle of all these pools. Beware of units near the carpark though. It could get noisy especially at night. Best to get units facing the big football field.

  Nice landscaping

  This condo has 7 pools and children will love it!! Unit Layout is also typical and optimized... Can consider buying in feb 2012 when the 5yrs timeline is up for the EC to be sold in the market :)

  Beautiful surrondings, unblock view, windy
