I’m investing in Kopar at Newton with a long-term vision. I think that prices in this area will appreciate considerably in a decade. This property stands out for its design and amenities. It’s well connected by road and MRT, and is not too far from the CBD. The appliances and fittings are top draw too. There are plenty of educational institutions and medical facilities in the area, which are important for families looking to move into the area. There are plenty of shopping and dining spots in the vicinity too.
The designs look great with the floor to ceiling windows in most rooms, and I’ve been told the house will have high quality Mitsubishi air conditioners, a SMEG induction stove in the kitchen and Electrolux washers and driers. I checked for convenience, and it is a short walk from Newton MRT station and the popular Newton Food Centre where the Crazy Rich Asians movie was shot. I work in the CBD, which is less than 30 minutes away by MRT. Can’t wait for Kopar at Newton to be completed.
I look forward to moving into Kopar at Newton. It’s a new project off Bukit Timah that will likely complete by 2023. The prices are very tempting, especially due to the pandemic. Hence, I hope this will be a very lucrative investment as it is located in prime District 9. I purchased the 4-bedroom deluxe unit. Based on the design, I'm expecting lots of natural light and spacious rooms.
