Horribly Cheap
After living here for three years, I can say that Kensington is not some place I'd reccommend. The facilities and general apartments are very cheap. Though it's still a relatively new place, we've had several important appliances such as the exhaust in the kitchen break down. Smoke also spilt from the shops downstairs into the upstairs apartments because of leakage in the piping, which management still hasn't fixed. The place looks nice, but you're not going to get your money's worth. -

Quiet Neighborhood and very convenient
its located in a location ihat is very convenient. Surrounded by private estate, its a quiet and friendly neighborhood. -

I like the apartment
Kensington Square is very conveniently located with Bartley MRT station just a short walk away. I travel daily to work and since moving here, I’m never late for work due to the short walk to the MRT station. The rent is quite affordable for me, and the apartments are well designed. The project is also well maintained. All my shopping needs are taken care of in the neighbourhood. -

All-rounder
I’ve been living at Kensington Square since our developer completed the project in 2017. It’s a freehold property on Jalan Lokam packed with facilities that make my life much easier. I go out with my family every weekend for dinner at a nearby restaurant. We love seafood and Malay food is also available in this area. My kids go to Bartley Secondary School which is not too far from here and are really growing into responsible young adults. Our three-bedder is spacious and well equipped for the four of us. -

The shopping mall below the residential units
The shopping mall below the residential units are not that much of a booster as being strata unit commercial shops, it has low occupancy rate and do not have the best mix of useful tenants. -
