  Rare modern living

  Good interior design for most units here, space well utilized to provide a spacious layout. Only high floor corner units get a good view of the park, otherwise this property has a simple exterior / common areas. Pool is surprisingly huge for a small development, you get a city view from the roof terrace (where the facilities are) can be very relaxing just chilling there, not many high rise buildings around. Top notch transport links, MRT less than 50m walk. Good range of bus services too. Many coffeeshops around the vicinity, cheers and 7-11 too. Would be awesome if a minimart opens at one of the commercial units on first floor.
