amenities good
despite what is said about the far location from MRT, around Kassia there are bus stops that go to MRTs, and the surrounding neighbourhoods of Tampines and Pasir Ris not to mention retail therapy (or travel therapy) at the huge Changi Airport or the more heartland Tampines trio malls area, White Sands, Changi City Point, big sales at expo etc. many schools nearby too. -

Kassia
captivated by warm and welcoming brown tones, like tall trees and all the lush greenery in the Kassia condo. love the "waterfall" detail and curved overhangs at the ground level area, has gardens by the bay feels. and all the organic shapes like the bulb-like structures at the pool. such a picture of calm. look forward to TOP in 2029 -

last chance in Flora Drive
Kassia will join the other condos in the Flora Drive enclave (last one here), which is popular due to the lower psf due to being further away from public transport links. but if you drive, it's super worth it! and so close to airport plus freehold :))) guess if you are still thinking whether to enter this area for investment, better do it with this property else fomo -

Easties will love what Kassia has to offer
You know, once you have stayed in the east, you won’t want to move out from the east. Food too delicious. Got my eye on new project Kassia for these reasons and more: quite near my parents’ place, freehold, nearish airport... Just that the location ulu a bit because Flora Drive. But if you don’t mind having to order food delivery everyday or be forced to cook (lol), can stay here for freeflow peace and quiet! Nice for me in the future as I WFH and hate nosy neighbours. Ofc now amenities are honestly bad, but later 2029 after it is completed, will have more public transport MRT, school etc. -

Ideal for frequent flyers and quiet living, l
Pros: Close to the airport, great for frequent travellers and those working at the airport, relatively near to Changi Village hawker centre for affordable food finds, quieter area to live in away from hustle and bustle, less than 15 minutes drive to shopping malls in Tampines Cons: MRT station not ready, not near to MRTs, out of the way, not that convenient to do grocery shopping without a car - all in all, not very accessible -

More cons than pros
If you don't drive, it'll take you ages to get to the MRT to go anywhere. It's also some distance away from eateries and Changi Village. Not that near to Tampines Hub or Downtown East unless you drive, so recreation options are also limited. Good points about this condo are that it's a freehold property, fitness and play areas available for all ages, built-in smart home system. Overall, I still think that unless you can afford to own a car and the condo, it's not recommended as the cons outweigh the pros. -
