  Nice rental apartment

  I’ve been renting a unit at King Albert Park Residences since 2018. It’s a beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom condo with modern furniture and good quality fittings. There are reputable schools, malls, restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. King Albert Park MRT station is close to my house and offers easy connectivity.

  Mixed development that is built on where the famous Macdonald's Restaurant used to be. Very convenient with immediate access to grocery shopping and MRT station. Being freehold is a big plus

  Good for young families and expatriates
