  Jui very good

  Barring traffic noise from thr road aside, I think Jui Residences has a nice frontage from the commercial building in front so residents aren't so exposed. but being located there has its benefits because always so easy to get around... drive out and immediately on an arterial road to take you to serangoon, toa payoh, etc. Just a tip to do a bit of soundproofing and invest in some sleep earplugs if you really need 0% noise level.

  PCN just beside

  Jui Residences is great. Love the park connector just besides, and there is bus stop for easy travel. not really near to MRT (15min walk - potong pasir) but PCN takes me everywhere I need to go. Can even bike or walk all the way to the Kallang.

  Thin walls

  The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbours, smell what they are eating, and even get intoxicated by them smoking. This happens even when your windows and doors are closed. Consider yourself warned

  LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

  Jui is far from Boon Keng / Potong Pasir MRT & Serangoon Rd is congested w traffic. No supermkt nor proper amenities nearby. Jui is blocked by a few industrial buildings and the river has bad smell!
