  ICON @ Pasir Panjang has potential of generating more rental yield. it is in the pasir panjang neighbourhood, but later when this develops with the closing of the circle line loop and more offices here, the price will go up further and rental yield will increase.

  consider a unit at Icon @ Pasir Panjang as an investment property. bright and airy, shops below, pricing is good, and steady flow of tenants from the nearby NUH and NUS. only 9 years old freehold.

  There is a mix of eclectic shops and cafes below, and a short walk or a bus ride will take you to the bigger shopping malls in the area or to the greenery for some nature walks. quick bus ride to the central business district via keppel as well.
