  Large Units with adequate lighting

  This is one of the few establishments in Singapore with large cut sizes. Though its older, you will get to enjoy larger rooms and space especially if the unit itself is renovated.

  Old building

  This development is old and it can be noticed. The price includes the premium of being in the holland village area, without the advantages: it's actually far from Holland village (25mn walk), there's no store nearby and it's a bit noisy as it's near a busy intersection. You can find newer and better development for the same price range.
