  Locate on the boundary of D23 and just next to D21 where the price is much higher. 5 mins bus ride to Hillview mrt and Bukit Batok mrt 5 mins walk to Bukit Batok nature park and town park. less than 10mins drive or 15 mins bus ride to Jurong Gateway. Freehold low rise development located at hillview terrace where many old buildings are waiting to be redeveloped to high class condo.
