  Hilllcrest Arcadia

  Look great at first sight but it is an old condominium which is lacking clear maintenance. Lifts are often out of work which is a killer when you live in the upper floor. The condo is also infested by rats including high floors. Public transportation is weak and nearest MRT station (Tan Kah Kee) is 20 min walk away which is a distance at the end.

  Peace and tranquility in wide open spaces!

  As the size of apartments in Singapore get smaller, the value of the spaciousness of Hillcrest Arcadia cannot be beat. Surrounded by lush foliage and a community feeling of both locals and expats, these condos offer a respite from the hustle and bustle of the more densely packed central areas of the island but still with easy access to all conveniences. If you’re lucky enough to be on a middle floor with a balcony, you will enjoy a lovely breeze through the trees while you watch the birds and squirrels go by while you watch the sunset over the trees! While it is an older property, it is very well-maintained and clean. All ages and cultures feel welcome there.

  comfortable living

  The best thing about this condo is the wide spaces and greenery. Compared to newer condo, the apartments here have big bedrooms and kitchens. While the external facade is older, the facilities are wonderful especially the gym. Prices for sale and rents are high for a leasehold property that is more that 30 years old

  Amazing

  Hillcrest Arcadia is a stones throw from Orchard Road. Multiple shuttle busses are available to town and the CBD area. The units have large balconies which are hard to come by these days. The grounds are huge with very low density. Well maintained and perfect for children to play. The units have split levels so that entertaining is a breeze. Bedrooms are either on an upper or lower floor away from the large living room. Definitely one of nicest condominiums around! Large expat community and a very friendly place to live. Prices and rentals keep going up at Hillcrest Arcadia as other condos get smaller and smaller.
