Top choice Family friendly Freehold condo in
One of the top choice mid size condo in hillview area. Beautiful and hugh resort style pool with nice landscaping, ample parking, full condo facilities (even with squash court), some stacks come with beautiful unblock view of the greenery and landed housing . Quiet and serene. Breezy. Bus stop available right in front and behind the condo. 8mins walk to Hillview MRT and Hillv2 shopping mall. Very well maintained and the condo management is very active and engaged in keeping the condo in tip top condition. Very good condo security, friendly and dutifully discharging their duties. Highly recommended! -

Built at a time when squarish layouts with minimum glass was the rage. Generous 1 bed room layout at 700sf about $750k and fetch rentals of about $1900 equating to rental yields of about 3%. -

Great investment! Hidden Gem!
Viewed lots of properties in hillview and Bukit Timah. This is Rare freehold property with hidden gems! Good size condo and layout for some stacks. Great potential for investment as the upcoming new launch project behind is launching at much higher price! Splendid view of landed and greenery! Quiet and breezy. Love the newly upgraded infinity pool. Full condo facilities. Lots of parking space which is super rare. Near HillV and MRT. Easily accessible with buses in front and behind the condo. Near good schools. Great choice. -

Beautiful Condo, great upgraded facilities
I went there recently for viewing, I was really impressed by their recent renovated pool area, new tiles, infinity big pool, beautiful place! Spacious and ample parking space, very well maintained, full condo facilities! Not all condo units face Lam Soon Building. There are units with awesome landed and greenery views! It’s peaceful and quiet, spacious, great layout for some units! Really worth considering! Suitable for families with children too! Accessible to nearest mall and MRT as well! Yet staying away from the noisy road. -

One of the best i have seen!
A very well maintained condo with fantastic facilities. Lived over at a friend's place there for couple of days during the June holiday and enjoyed it 100% with the sound of water fall at the balcony. Security is no nonsense when come to visitors entering the compound - I was stopped couple of times and I think this is how it should be in a private estate. materials within the unit is very high quality with granite flooring. Go take a look yourself. -

Lowest psf in hillview (for a reason)
Run down estate. Most units enjoy panoramic views of Lam Soon Building. Viewed a ground floor unit. Big patio. However estate greenery not enjoyable. Bedrooms are very dark under daytime conditions. One of the lowest psf in hillview area. Condo obviously showing its age. Lowest psf may represent value for money(freehold 3 bedder asking under 1 mil), however not optimistic about its resale potential if buying for long stay. -

Good investments, excellent potential
I was recently looking for an investment property in the Hillview area. After viewing a few projects, I notice Hillbrooks. I think this is a good choice because firstly, the pool is enticing, especially at the edge overlooking the main entrance. It resembles the concept at the MBS pool. Secondly, the unit I am looking at faces the inside so the environment is very quiet. At $1000+ psf, I think it is a steal, considering that it is freehold, & that the future MRT station & the shopping mall are all within walking distances. There is definitely a good upside potential. -

Just The Best
Just the best condo in Hillview. Beautiful building set in immaculately kept gardens with lots of water features. Super guards and grounds staff as well as helpful efficient cleaners. Prices already climbing in the last few months and the completion of both the new MRT and the new shopping centre will see this as a most popular and convenient area which will definately hold up in value. The existing factory units are due for tender and a new condo is already on the cards in place of the old Lam Soon facility. Many buses to both Bukit Batok Central and elsewhere. Traffic a bit slow at peak times but this will be alleviated with the plans for road widening in the future. Hidden parks and walks within the landed property area at the rear of the building which will also allow an easy walk to the new shopping centre when it is completed. A Freehold condo of 200 over units which will continue to appreciate over the next decade. A very good buy indeed -

Wonderful Condo Living
Just a wonderful condo with first class facilities. It it certainly one of the best condominium in Hillview and with the new shopping centre and MRT only a bus stop or two away, it will increase in value very soon. I particularly like the clean look and traditionally architecture and it is not one of those modern glass built developments that are so hot. I understand the condo won an award for the landscaping, gardens and Koy fish ponds - these are very well kept and soothing on the eye. It is a true Freehold and not 999 with fantastic potential for capital growth. I will retire here and enjoy the surrounding area and parks. -
