  Peace and quiet

  Feel homely due to the smaller scale compound, friendly neighbours, lotsa of green, walking distance from mrt. Free shutter bus to mrt every morning and evening even on weekends. Near kpe exit, reach town in mins. Ntuc, food court, clinic all within 100m.

  Disappointing EC

  Horrible workmanship within the condo. Common lights, doors and tiles are all in bad condition and some are not rectified after a long time. Condo also quite far from the MRT.

  One of the few smaller executive condo(EC) in Singapore, number of unit wise. There are only 394 units, compared to the usual 500-800 units for most ECs. Interesting sunbathing chairs sunken in water
