west respite
at Hazel Park Condo, the first thing visitors notice is how huge the estate is. lots of greenery, beautiful landscaping and plenty of space to walk around. Sometimes I forget i'm living in a condo, and think i'm staying in a resort instead. adding to these resort feels are the excellent facilities, with 2 lrg swimming pools, kids' pool, sports pool, tennis courts, squash court, bball court and putting green. a lot of open space and my kids also cycling around. only issue is that gym quite small so i bought external membership -

walk to Cashew
Hazel Pk Condo: 5-7min walk to Cashew MRT. all thru shelter walkway with side gate leading direct to coffeeshop and eatery. Hillion Mall also nearby often go there buy grocery and shopping. nice family condo with plenty of fellow dog owners. greenery with mature trees making up the landscaping, in a safe and secured environment thanks to the security who are strict yet friendly. some paint was peeling but been rectified. not sure if can tahan the so-called 999years if maintenance issues arise after just quarter century. overall good value lah -

Wish I have one unit

so many units at Hazel Park Condo. but understand due to benefits of spacious units, good value and nice location in Hillion area. greenery and nature around, though far from central Sg but still travel distance is ok. MRT nearby with quite short journey to town thanks to blue line. comfortable to live here, and maint fees reasonable vs the number of facilities available in this large area estate. nice community feeling, can see the kids growing up and tight knit groups. advice is to get the block nearer to the exit you prefer especially if got elderly in your household as big size of estate grounds means more walking or pushing wheelchair just to reach exit. -

Hazel Park is easily 5 stars. Having Cashew MRT right outside makes commuting incredibly easy.The compound feels like a peaceful, green resort with great pools and tennis courts. Unlike tiny new condos, the units here are actually spacious and breezy.Management keeps everything spotless, and security is super friendly. It’s an awesome place to live. -

Hidden gem
Hazel Park Condo is an awesome place to live and a super solid investment. The estate is huge, very well-maintained, and has great facilities.What makes it worth it is the rare 999-year lease and the location. It's literally a 3-minute sheltered walk to Cashew MRT, so commuting is incredibly easy. Prices have gone up nicely over the years, making it a safe and highly profitable long-term buy. Definitely a hidden gem in the West! -

This condo deserves credit
Wonder why review score does not match Google 4 star score . After reading, I see it's few reviews on 1 incident. If bias based on 1 incident , this is unfair to Hazel Park condo. I would think it is one of the best condo in the region. Hazel Park is easily 5 stars. Having Cashew MRT right outside makes commuting so convenient.The compound feels like a peaceful green resort with great pools and tennis courts. Unlike tiny newer condos, the units here are actually spacious and breezy. It’s just an awesome place to live. -
