  Hidden Gem

  Convenient, practical, full privacy, bus stop just outside, walk to Keppel MRT, peaceful surroundings. Covered & well maintained lap pool, gym, bbq area, decent for inner-city living - it's a suite not a resort, but 15mins to the beach in Sentosa. Great view of Brani island and the harbour fr the top floor. Freehold. This place will go through major high profile developments within the next 5 years in line with the greater SW. Currently, 5 mins bus ride to Harbourfront MRT, 15mins by car to Raffles Place, CBD...love it!!

  Facilities and air

  Unit is small especially for penthouse unit.only one lift which is prone to breakdowns. Gym is quite rundown. Air quality is bad due to nearby road and keppel distripark.

  Amazing location

  Small and self contained condo with very convenient access to bus service - and shopping at vivo city - very cost effective for the price - just right for a small family

  A small exclusive project with only 44 units. Comes with security and parking facilities. Bbq corner and indoor pool situated on level 2. Walking distance to Mount Faber. Convenient bus services outside condo, only 1 stop to Vivocity. The freehold project is also ideal for long-term investors, as the planned Keppel Mrt Station is a stone's throw away. Beautiful port and sea view, facing the future greater Southern Waterfront.

  Very convenient if one drives. It can reach Chinatown, Vivo City, ECP, AYE, CTE in no time. Just 44 units and freehold, it comes with pool, playground, gym and bbq pits
