  Serene & Spacious with amenities right around

  Hana is a delight! Spacious apartment within a serene development. We recommend this development for families with young children and a stay-at-home mom. Mummy will love the proximity to Orchard Road where they are many shopping options, as well as enrichment centres for children. Service standards are now amazing very different from the reviews 10 years ago,

  great property/service

  I lived at HANA for 2 years and loved it. The apartment was spacious and had all the modern conveniences. But the best aspect was the service - it was exceptional and friendly. my kids loved them.

  New Building Great Location

  Being a brand new building it did have some teething problems with noise etc. This was sorted out over the weeks and months of 2014. Since then problems have been minimal. The amount of staff has increased and now I find it is rare that a maintenance issue is left unattended for more than a day. The concierge has greatly improved since the early days with all staffs being friendly and efficient. There are a couple of minor issues with the surrounding garden which they cant seem to get right and there's no real place for children to play apart from the pool. The location cannot be beaten. Minutes walk from Orchard Rd, access to Regent Hotel for taxis and restaurants, close to the medical centre and the Botantical Gardens.

  Draedful

  Management well below what expats would consider acceptable. poor rubbish and bug maintenance, poor communication with residents and management team that actively avoids issues. I needed one document printed which took an hour followed by avoidance and yet went across to the Regent Hotel who helped me with a smile within 5 minutes. hana has no idea of service despite charging 26 +k rent a month No concierge service. No management before 10:00 (if your lucky) Invested with drain flies and mosquitoes from neighbour construction. Management just denies existence and lives in an alternative planet where there is nothing wrong. We've been trying to get out for months as has most other residents but locked is.

  Hating Hana

  I agree with the other review - this is a shocking building. Not only do we have the defective windows and doors but our terrace isn't level and floods when it rains. We lost power to the apartment as the electrics keep shorting. Worried about electrical fire now as I can't see any smoke alarms. Building just lies about problems and relies on locking tenants into unfair leases rather than fixing problems. Don't sign up and stay away.

  Hana Building Beware

  Very poor construction and major noise problems because of building defects. Noise issues are multiple - internal impact from apartments above, on going construction and remedial works and external road and construction. There is also inadequate hot water for bathrooms and drainage issues. First garden died and pedestrian gate collapsing. Management is appalling. First tenants want out. One of the most expensive buildings with worst apartments.
