  Enbloc amount is huge

  Although the new incentives annouced by URA, will sweeten the enbloc deal. It will still need a big developer or JV to bid for it. In fact to converse the building, will be costly to successful bidder

  Golden Mile Complex

  This complex has poor resale value. Very hard to even get a Tenant. Very pathetic rental return. Run down appearance. Very hard to find a buyer. A friend of mine who owns a shop here had tough time to rent. Now wanting to sell the price offered is very low than what people ask. The asking price now online is rather hard to achieve.Hardly have buyers coming to view or offer.
