  Best of Katong Living for the Family

  Lovely, quiet location for family with school-going children. Easy walk to Joo Chiat and East Coast. Definitely the better side of D15, compared to Telok Kurau which is narrow, cluttered and small.

  Good for family

  Ideal for family with kids, loves the outdoor and beach, who wants a quiet and peaceful place, yet near to all the amenities. Pros: - A wide selection of child care centers and enrichment centers nearby at Katong - Within 1 km to 3 primary schools. Tao Nan, Nee Ann and Tanjong primary school. - Quiet and peaceful surrounding - Low traffic as noise and pretty private. - Walking distance to Mrt Eunos as well as the new Marine Parade MRT. - Lots of good food around the area - Near to I12, great to catch a late night movie and walk home. - Near to park connector and ECP, great for those that loves the outdoor and beach Cons: - No gym

  The good about this development is within 1 km to 3 primary schools. Tao Nan, Nee Ann and Tanjong primary school. The surrounding is quiet, no traffic noise and pretty private. Mrt Eunos is only 3 bus stops away. Being near joo Chiat, lots of wonderful food. Best of all, D15 district which is east coast, but you don't pay the same high price as across the street- telok kurau. There is also haig girls school within walking distance and shopping centers like parkway and I12 only 5 to 10mins drive as well as walkable. A lot of child care centers and enrichment centers nearby at katong. Ideal for family with kids as well as family wanting a quiet and peaceful place.

  nice lap pool. no gym. most units facing each other, no privacy. basement car park, most lots sheltered. considered the poorer telok kurau area. need to walk out quite a bit for bus. not convenient. near joo chiat area also.
