  Excellent Place to Live

  Quiet Condo in private housing estate. Most ideal for families. Easy transportation and many amenities. Good schools, eateries and shopping centers nearby. One KM, I12, Parkway Parade and Kallang Wave Mall within five minutes away. Joo Chiat, Tanjong Katong, Haig Road Market and Kallang Airport Food Centre within walking distance.

  Good liveable space, well maintain

  Condo is well maintain with very good liveable space. peaceful surrounding in a good location. facilities are sufficient with a tennis court and basketball court..

  Useless facilities

  Small pool, tennis court, broken playground and a gym enough to put the equipment only. Layout not impressive and almost every unit is likely to get Sun in the afternoon, though it is suppose to be N-S facing.
