  Solid management well maintained condo

  Being to quite a few condo, Foresque’s maintenance is really still one of the best for its age

  Nice and serene

  A Gem tuck away from the main road, surrounded with greenery and yet have the convenient of daily needs within reach.

  Foresque Residences

  I love it the most for the green environment, it is peaceful, quiet, and windy. the transport is also very convenient to transport us to the city. The MCST here also cares so much for the cleanliness of the garden and swimming pool. very well maintained. my family really enjoying settling down here.

  Surprisingly good

  Before purchased, I am concern as this condo need to walk up the slope to the entrance. Not so convenient for elderly. Overall environment is great, spacious layout in the unit, well maintainance.

  Great place to live. Family friendly.

  Well maintained development with decent facilities. There are 4 pools (2 jacuzzi pools, 1 kids pool and 1 main pool), sauna and steam rooms, gym, a function room, 2 sky gardens, tennis court, basketball court, and a few recreational facilities like game corners and study corners. It is very peaceful, with fantastic views of MBS, JB and the lush greenery with many parks and nature reserve next to the development. The air is cool and fresh. Highway is just next to the development - 15mins to town. Bus stop is right outside. There are numerous nearby malls including Hillion, HillV2, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Rail Mall, Bukit Panjang market / food fare. Upcoming Dairy Farm residences (just opposite) with mixed development will even be more convenient. My family and I love it here!

  good

  though it may seem to be situated in the middle of nowhere, it is, surprisingly, quite convenient. there are only two bus services. but traveling through PIE, the bus ride will bring you to orchard area in 15 min to 2o min. this condo runs shuttle bus.......And..breath taking view.... beautiful.

  Overrated and over-priced

  Now that the market sentiment for rental and sale so bad, it is surprising to see 3br priced over 1.7m; location-wise is really very inconvenient with no shopping amenities, is it justifiable to pay so much for the greenery view?
